As the President of the Society for Diabetic Neuropathy, it is my great honor and pleasure to welcome you to the 3rd Congress of Diabetic Neuropathy and Diabetic Foot with international participation which takes place in Bucharest, on 15th–17th October 2015. In continuation of the valuable tradition of the previous meetings, this congress will be devoted to the comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the most up-to-date topics in diabetic neuropathy and diabetic foot, with special focus on the relation between central nervous system and diabetes. It is the specific aim to encourage board interaction not only in the discussions after the lectures, but also during specific debate sessions.
