The participants have to present to the registration desk the confirmation of registration, which they will receive by email from the secretariat of NeuroDiab. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>You can register until 12.07.2018.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The registration becomes valid only when the proof of bank transfer is received by email or confirmation of payment is received from EuPlatesc system. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The registration fee includes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>1 place in a double room for 4 overnights from 18.07 \u2013 22.07.2018<\/li>\n<li>Access to all courses of the scientific event<\/li>\n<li>The materials of the NeuroDiab Summer School<\/li>\n<li>Access in the exhibition area<\/li>\n<li>Meals and cafe breaks from 18.07 \u2013 21.07.2018<\/li>\n<li>The Certificate of participation validated by CMR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table border=\"1\" rules=\"all\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>Registration Fee<br \/>\nOnly for romanian citizens<\/td>\n<td>Residency<\/td>\n<td>Specialist<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Members<\/td>\n<td>400 LEI<\/td>\n<td>600 LEI<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Non-members<\/td>\n<td>1200 LEI<\/td>\n<td>1600 LEI<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b>Very important information:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>All the lectures will be in english language with no simultaneos translation provided.<\/li>\n<li>The number of participants is limited to 150 due to organizational reasons.<\/li>\n<li>Access to the scientific and social program of the Summer school can be done ONLY with the personal badge.<\/li>\n<li>The Certificates of Participation will be released starting to 22.07.2018, 05 p.m. until 23.07.2018, 12 a.m. The certificates are released only based on personal ID card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b>Session of Clinical cases presented by the students.<\/b><b> The clinical cases will be submitted until 17.06.2018, 6 case reports will be selected by the Scientific Committee. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>These clinical case reports will be presented in plenary.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Until 15.07.2018, you will be informed if your clinical case report was selected to be presented. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The clinical cases submission will be in word format in English language. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>The clinical cases will be sent to the email address scoaladevara@neurodiab.org<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>3 clinical case presentations will be awarded by faculty lectures.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The NeuroDiab Summer School is part of the Continuing Medical Education with accreditation of the Romanian Medical College.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The registration for the NeuroDiab Summer School can be done ONLY online direct by each participant.
