{"id":9427,"date":"2024-05-28T12:52:26","date_gmt":"2024-05-28T12:52:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jurmed.ro\/pacienti\/?p=9427"},"modified":"2024-05-28T12:52:26","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T12:52:26","slug":"transplantul-de-celule-stem-hematopoietice-salveaza-vieti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jurmed.ro\/pacienti\/transplantul-de-celule-stem-hematopoietice-salveaza-vieti\/","title":{"rendered":"Transplantul de celule stem hematopoietice salveaza vieti!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Doneaza celule stem hematopoietice <\/strong><strong>s<\/strong><strong>i ofera-le persoanelor care se lupta cu un cancer de s<\/strong><strong>ange solut<\/strong><strong>ia vitala pentru supravietuire!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In fiecare an, trei din 100.000 de romani primesc diagnosticul infricosator de leucemie, limfom, mielom simplu sau aplazia medulara iar, pentru unii, singura solutie terapeutica o reprezinta <strong>transplantul de <a href=\"https:\/\/jurmed.ro\/pacienti\/transplanul-cu-celule-stem-mezenchimale\/\">celule stem<\/a> hematopoietice de la un donator compatibil genetic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>28 mai, Ziua Mondiala a Cancerelor de Sange, este evidentiata in fiecare an, pentru a sprijini persoanele care sufera de cancer de sange si pentru a incuraja donarea de celule stem hematopoietice cu ajutorul carora este posibil transplantul salvator, iar anul acesta mesajul international al campaniei este \u201dSalveaza o viata!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Celulele stem hematopoietice sunt capabile sa se transforme in orice tip de celula adulta (func\u0163ionala) a sangelui \u015fi a sistemului imunitar si se gasesc in maduva osoasa. Se pot recolta \u015fi la na\u015ftere din sangele cordonului ombilical.<\/p>\n<p>Procedura de transplant de celule stem hematopoietice inlocuieste maduva osoasa bolnava cu una sanatoasa, care poate produce celule sanguine normale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Transplantul de celule stem hematopoietice inseamna via<\/em><em>t<\/em><em>a. Sunt tot mai mul\u0163i bolnavi cu cancere de sange pentru care salvarea<\/em><em> poate fi transplantul medular <\/em><em>de celule stem hematopoietice. Persoanele cu varsta cuprinsa intre 18 <\/em><em>s<\/em><em>i 45 de ani, cu o stare de sanatate generala buna care vor sa ajute la salvarea unei vie<\/em><em>ti, se pot inscrie in Registru pentru a deveni donator voluntar<\/em>&#8222;, <strong>spune Cezar Irimia, presedintele Federatiei Asociatiilor Bolnavilor de Cancer din Romania (FABC).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transplantul este indicat ca tratament pentru o serie de boli:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>leucemie acuta<\/li>\n<li>mielom multiplu<\/li>\n<li>anemie aplastica severa<\/li>\n<li>siclemie<\/li>\n<li>talasemie majora<\/li>\n<li>boli imunodeficitare<\/li>\n<li>anemia Fanconi, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201c<em>In prezent, pacientul cu hemopatie maligna din Romania poate avea acces la terapiile necesare, deoarece sunt disponibile testele necesare atat diagnosticului modern, cat si terapiile\u00a0personalizate<\/em>.\u201d <strong>prof. dr. Horia Bumbea, medic primar hematolog<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pot fi donatori si persoanele care nu sunt inrudite cu pacientii. Studiile arata ca, in general, doar in 25% dintre cazuri exista compatibilitate intre fratii\/surorile pacientului, asadar, pentru a gasi, in timp util, un donator compatibil, se va apela la Registrul National al Donatorilor Voluntari de Celule Stem Hematopoietice (RNDVCSH) pentru a initia o cautare in baza de date nationala si\/sau internationala.<\/p>\n<p>Numarul donatorilor este insuficient. Sansa de a gasi un donator genetic pereche este in medie de 1 la 200 000 pana la 500 000, astfel incat, chiar daca, in Registrul National al Donatorilor Voluntari de Celule Stem Hematopoietice sunt inscrise peste 100.000 de persoane, acest numar este inca mic si duce la liste lungi de asteptare si mai putine sanse pentru pacientii care au nevoie rapid de transplant.\u00a0In acest moment, 47 bolnavi asteapta disperati donatorul compatibil!<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Astazi, de Ziua Mondiala a Cancerelor de Sange, Registrul isi indrepta gandurile catre toti pacientii care se lupta cu aceste afectiuni. In aceasta zi, observam in mod deosebit curajul si rezilienta de care dau dovada zilnic. Lupta lor este o inspiratie pentru noi ca institutie si ne motiveaza sa cre\u015ftem eforturile necesare pentru a gasi donatori, mobilizand toate resursele si intreaga noastra expertiza! Cei 483 de pacienti transplantati cu celule stem hematopoietice de la donator neinrudit si care au primit o astfel, o noua sansa la viata dovedesc determinarea noastra in acest sens. Celor tineri, sanatosi si empatici, un indemn scurt si uman: &#8222;Donati o sansa la viata, inscrieti-va in Registru!&#8221;, <\/em>ne transmite <strong>Traian Laurian Arghi\u015fan, Medic Primar Sanatate Publica \u015fi Management, Director General Interimar RNDVCSH<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transplantul de celule stem hematopoietice poate fi de doua tipuri: autotransplant (transplantul propriilor celule stem) si alotransplant (transplantul de la donator).<\/p>\n<p>Metoda presupune ca celulele stem sa fie administrate pacientului sub forma unei transfuzii, indiferent de metoda prin care au fost donate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Autotransplantul <\/strong>de celule stem hematopoietice (sau transplantul autolog) este o procedura terapeutica ce presupune recoltarea de celule stem hematopoietice de la pacient, pastrarea lor in conditii speciale si reinfuzarea lor dupa un tratament cu doze mari de chimioterapie sau radioterapie. Scopul autotransplantului este de a distruge celulele tumorale reziduale si de a restabili functia maduvei osoase, care este afectata de tratamentele agresive. Autotransplantul se foloseste in special pentru tratarea unor boli maligne hematologice (mielom multiplu, limfoame maligne etc.) insa nu toti pacientii sunt eligibili pentru aceasta procedura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alotransplantul <\/strong>de celule stem hematopoietice este o procedura terapeutica ce presupune recoltarea de celule stem hematopoietice de la un donator compatibil si transfuzarea lor la un pacient care are nevoie de inlocuirea maduvei osoase bolnave sau distruse. Scopul alotransplantului este de a restabili productia normala de celule sanguine si de a induce un efect grefa-contra-tumora, adica o reactie imuna a celulelor donatorului impotriva celulelor tumorale.
